Registration

Pre-Registration

All DDDS members are required to register for the meeting. There will be no automatic pre-registered members. Members may register using the forms located on this page or use the online registration system.

If you do not pre-register, you must register on-site to receive your proper badge and tickets. Registration to the exhibit area for all DDDS members, staff and immediate family is free. For all non DDDS members, a fee will be required for entrance into the exhibit hall, including the wine and cheese reception on Thursday evening.

Pre-Registration schedule is as follows:

• Pre-registration Deadline - November 5, 2009
• Hotel Reservation Deadline - October 19, 2009
• Cancellation/Refund Deadline - November 5, 2009

You will receive a mailed confirmation of pre-registration that will include:

• confirmation letter
• name badges
• parking voucher
• seminar tickets

• Online pre-registration is closed at this time.
• Registration will be available on-site at the Detroit Marriott Renaissance Center.

On-Site Registration

On site registration will be subject to a 20% fee increase. Drivers License and/or proof of membership MUST be presented.

Fees & Attendance

1 Seminar Includes:

• 1 Registered Seminar
• 1 day parking pass (same day of seminar)
• 1 day entrance to exhibit hall (same day of seminar)
• Thursday evening parking pass, Free CE and Exhibitor's reception

2-4 Seminars Includes:

• 2-4 Registered Seminars
• 3 days parking pass
• 3 days entrance to exhibit hall
• Thursday evening parking pass, Free CE and Exhibitor's reception

Parking

Each registrant will receive a complimentary parking voucher for the Beaubien Place Garage for each day of attendance. Please refer to maps that will be included in your registration packet. If you do not bring your parking voucher to the meeting, one can be purchased on-site for $10.00.

Cancellations / Changes / Lost Tickets / Refunds

All registration or course cancellation refunds must be in writing and postmarked by
November 5, 2009.

If tickets are lost or not received before the Detroit Dental Review, participants will be required to pay the on site registration fee. Detroit District Dental Society will refund pre-registration monies if original tickets are returned to DDDS after the meeting but must be before December 12, 2009.
