Our convention fees are determined by the number of attendees that stay in the conference sleeping room block available through the Detroit Marriott at the Renaissance Center. Booking through the Detroit Marriott assures that we receive credit for your stay. Please consider reserving a room for you and your staff. Enjoy the excitement in "The D".

The following reservations are available:

• Single (one person), 1 Double (two persons, one bed), or 2 Doubles (2 persons, 2 beds) @ $147 plus 15% room tax = $169.00

Payment Method by Mail:
Detroit Marriot requires a one night's deposit check or money order to accompany your reservation form in order for your reservation to be made. Please make checks payable to Detroit Marriott.

Note: Credit Card payment are accepted for online and phone reservations only.

Cuttoff Dates

Reservations must be received no later than October 19, 2009. After October 19, reservations will be accepted on a space and rate availability basis only. Full refund of deposit will be made upon cancellation of your room reservation if it is received by 6:00pm on the day prior to your scheduled arrival.

Room Notes

Your special requests are based on availability at time of arrival. Check in time is 3:00pm. Check out is 12:00 noon.

Rollaway beds are allowed in King bedded rooms only at a nightly fee of $20.

Parking

Each registrant will receive a complimentary parking voucher for the Beaubien Place Garage for each day of attendance. Please refer to maps that will be included in your registration packet. If you do not bring your parking voucher to the meeting, one can be purchased on-site for $10.00.
